TorqueLogic builds custom AI-powered platforms for service companies. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information in those platforms, including data obtained through integrations with third-party services such as QuickBooks Online. It applies to every platform we build and host on behalf of our clients.
TorqueLogic is the developer of custom software platforms that integrate operational, financial, and intelligence tools for service businesses. When a client engages us to build a platform, that platform may connect to third-party services such as QuickBooks Online in order to synchronize financial data, job information, customer records, and related operational content. In those cases, the client is the data controller for their business data. TorqueLogic acts as a technology provider and data processor.
When a client authorizes one of our platforms to connect to a third-party service such as QuickBooks Online, we may access and store the following categories of information on their behalf:
We only request the minimum scope of access required to deliver the features our client has asked us to build. We do not read or store data outside the authorized scope.
When authorized users log into a TorqueLogic-built platform, we collect standard account information such as name, email address, role assignments, and activity logs. We also store the operational data users create within the platform, including lead sources, contacts, follow-ups, photos, documents, and conversation history with AI assistants built into the platform.
We collect technical information necessary to operate and secure our platforms, including authentication tokens, session identifiers, IP addresses, browser type, timestamps of user actions, and error logs. This information helps us maintain reliable service and investigate security events.
We use the information collected for the following purposes:
We do not sell information. We do not use information from third-party integrations to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models. Any AI processing performed on platform data is scoped to the specific tenant and limited to the operational purposes the client has requested.
We share information only in the following circumstances:
We store information on secure infrastructure operated by Amazon Web Services in data centers located in the United States. Access tokens and other sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel and protected by authentication and audit logging.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. We take reasonable measures to protect information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as a client's platform is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to support backups, audit trails, and legal compliance. When a client terminates their engagement with us, we will work with them to export their data and will delete operational data from production systems within ninety days of termination unless a longer retention period is required by law or specifically agreed to in writing.
Authorized users of a platform can access and update most information through the platform interface. If a user or a client wishes to request correction or deletion of specific information, they may contact us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law. Where a client acts as the data controller, we will direct requests from end users to the client when appropriate.
A client may disconnect a third-party integration such as QuickBooks Online at any time through the platform's settings interface. When an integration is disconnected, we revoke the associated access tokens and stop syncing new data from the third-party service. Data previously synchronized and stored in the platform remains available to the client unless they request deletion.
Our platforms are built for business use and are not directed to children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children under thirteen. If we become aware that we have done so, we will delete the information promptly.
We operate our infrastructure in the United States. If a client or authorized user accesses a platform from outside the United States, information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our platforms, users consent to this transfer.
If we learn of a security incident that affects the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of information we hold, we will notify affected clients without undue delay and will cooperate with them in providing any further notifications required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify clients through the platform or by email. Continued use of a platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
